Directions
Sprinkle a handful of bath salts under running water. Place your crystal close by to surround yourself with its healing and beneficial properties. Make sure the bath salts are fully dissolved before bathing. After bathing wrap yourself in a warm, fluffy towel and relax. After bathing place your crystal near you or carry it with you to continue receiving the healing effects and benefits. For best results do not shower after bathing.
Other uses
If you don’t have time for a bath simply dissolve Ojaván bath salts in a bowl of warm water and soak your feet for five minutes to draw out toxins from the body and stimulate energy flow. You can also do this with your hands.
