Your country's customs authority may occasionally hold up parcels at their discretion. Please remember we are not liable for held parcels, or fees incurred nor can we offer assistance between you and the governing agency at your border.
Shipping and Delivery Schedule
Ojaván Products offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders over $150 (excluding taxes). Our standard shipping option is USPS Parcel Post. Orders over $150 always ship for free in the U.S. – no promotion code needed.

Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays are processed by the end of Tuesday and Sunday orders are processed by the end of day Wednesday.
Return Policy
- Ojaván Products must receive returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
- 10 days should be allowed for return shipping, so please make sure your return is posted within 20 days of receipt.
- Please allow for any adverse conditions that might affect your return getting back to us, including (but not limited to) extreme weather, or disruption to postal services or airlines.
- You will need to pay return postage for all returns. We suggest you send returns via an insured, traceable method and keep your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if it gets lost.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

- On receipt of your return you will receive email notifications to keep you updated on the status of your return, from receipt of the return package in our warehouse to the completion of your replacement order or refund. All email notifications will be sent to the address given on your order at the time it was placed (regardless of any subsequent changes of email address on your account).
- Please allow up to seven days (from when we confirm receipt of your return) for processing.
Refunds
- All returns receive a refund less 20% re-stocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. If you are due a refund and your card has expired, you will need to get in touch with us with your new expiration date before this can be processed.
- You will receive an email to confirm once your refund is on its way back to you. You may then need to allow up to an additional five working days for your bank to process the credit to your account (this delay is unfortunately outside our control. Please refer to your bank's terms and conditions for further information on how long this might take). PayPal refunds will appear in your PayPal account immediately.
- We do not offer credit notes.
Replacements
- Please allow up to seven days for your return to be processed after confirmation of receipt in our warehouse. Therefore if a replacement item you've requested is low on stock, you may want to order this separately to avoid disappointment.
- Replacements of a higher value will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order, unless you request differently before these are processed.
- You will receive an email to confirm once your replacements are on their way. Please refer to Shipping Information for delivery times.
